简介
2005年，世界上至少有2148人被处决，这相当于平均每天就有6个人被执行死刑。Alive e.V. 直观地向我们传达了这样的观念：死刑其实一点都不抽象——每天都有人这样离开。
设计理念
Alive e.V. 利用了撕页日历的特点向人们展示死刑发生于每一天的理念。每页日历的背面都有一个当日被处决者的图片作为受死者代表，而日撕一页则意味着这一天，下一天以及每一天里，一些人的生命都像日历纸一样被撕下并扔掉。
执行及结果
10月10日，世界反死刑日这天，该日历被印制了1000份，其中200份寄到了新闻媒体以及德国和美国的政要手中，另外700份寄给（有时直接交给）准死刑犯，以及其家属和律师。
媒体（如2006年11月16日的Bild）、家属、律师，尤其是准死刑犯们对此的回应，远远超出了我们的预料。例如下面这个来自某个准死刑犯的电子邮件：“这个日历很残忍，而这正是它想要的效果。我知道我的生命掌握在别人的手中，他们可以决定什么时候结束它。”（翻译：June）
Brief
In the year 2005 at least 2148 people worldwide were executed. That equates to an average of 6 people per day. Alive e. V. has briefed us to convey that the death penalty is nothing abstract - people are dying every day.
Idea
We have created a tear-off calendar for Alive e. V. to demonstrate that people are being executed under the death penalty every day. On the back of each page there is a picture of a sentenced person as that day's representative victim. By tearing off a consecutive sheet every day we want to communicate that today, Tomorrow and every day peoples' lives are literally being torn apart and thrown away.
Implementation and result
One thousand calendars were printed on October 10 th , the World Day against the death penalty. 200 calendars were sent to the press, politicians in Germany and in the USA. Another 700 were sent (and sometimes given in person) to the condemned, their families and lawyers.
The response from the media (e.g. BILD from 16.11.06), families, lawyers, and most especially from the condemned, far exceeded our expectations. To give an example, the following email was received from one of the condemned: "The calendar - it's tough but that's how it is. I know that my life lies in the hands of others and they will decide when it'll be over."
